It has been an interesting week. I could have got rid of any number of things but here is the last tribute so these hanger-on-ers. The 100 reverse thing challenge is to remove from your home 100 things in 100 days. It can be anything that as been sat there lingering while you have had to live your life around it. It is time it went and by going will reveal what needs to go next, i hope. Please note that my children are not allowed to join in the guessing games.
Day 1
Was my amazing cushion which is ruined. It went into the bin, sadly.
Day 2
Just for a bit of fun was my Christmas tree made from toilet roll inner tubes. They went in the recycling.
Day 3
Was a clock that my parents bought us the Christmas after we got married 26 years ago. Last year it stopped and wouldn’t work properly and it was one of those that you put a little battery in, but no matter what i tried it wouldn’t keep going at the correct time any more. It went in the bin and i have replaced it.
Day 4
Also meant a replacement but this colander had seen many years and better days. Again this one went in the bin.
Day 5
Was this? I wonder if anyone knows what this is? It went in the bin.
Day 6
This little lovely is going to charity. I have been using it as a very small shoe rack but that is not what it is. Any ideas?
Day 7
This is also going to charity. I am not sure which one of my children left them behind but this is my house and they have had time enough to claim what is rightfully theirs. These are going to charity, for them to use or to sell, whichever is of their choosing.

Coat hangers were mine me thinks… I got them from Ikea and Ikea is useful for many things but not coat hangers… They wouldn’t fit on any of my clothes which was incredibly annoying since i bought loads
and to be honest the little lovely you used as a shoe rack… I have no idea what that was supposed to be for.
they look like children’s ones? i can’t believe you don’t know what it is
I was wanting to do this, but haven’t got my head in that space yet. Maybe February.
start today, start tomorrow
