Actually i did weigh myself and the grand total is 4lb down, yeah!
Now there are two diet the absolute diet or the maybe diet.
The Absolute diet guarantees you will lose weight and its so easy to follow. Here are the steps:
1 weigh yourself
2 decide how much you want to lose
3 don’t eat anything for 6 months
4 weigh yourself to see if you have lost the weight you wanted to lose
5 if not continue with the diet as above until you do
or
The Maybe diet
1 weigh yourself
2 decide how much weight you would like to lose
3 cut out processed foods
4 cut out sugar
5 weigh yourself once a week and give yourself a pat on the back for every week going
6 maybe in time you will lose the weight you would like to but like all good things it takes time and effort

Er, it’s just me but I think there might be a teeny tiny little problem somewhere between Step 3 and Step 4 on the Absolute diet…..
isn’t there a problem with all diets that make too higher a promise, but it would work but you wouldnt be very well
Yes – I think after six months of being a very very good girl and not eating a bite of anything, stepping on the scales might be kind of hard to do.
no i think it would take me longer than that
And also Congratulations!! on the 4 lb loss (sprays of confetti and giltter and stuff…don’t worry, you don’t have to sweep it up, it all vanishes just before it hits the floor)
